Cassine. Palazzo Guerrina

This City Palazzo is amongst those that form the Core of Via Reale, in Cassine. Built for Commissionato Faustino Guerrini (1705-1795) by Brescia architect Antonio Marchetti, between 1780 – 1790, the property retains its original decorations and fittings. The property has approximately 1000m2 of floor area and a further 1000m2 of courtyard and rear orchard / garden.

Accommodation is primarily split between ground and first floors, with a substantial and tall cellar under the front portion of the Palazzo. A tower permits long distant views, yet requires repair / reconstruction. Further historic features include a deep ice cellar and the connections for tunnels that once connected the neighbouring properties in medieval/ feudal history.

The property requires restoration, updating and repair. Upon completion, the Palazzo shall offer an astonishing, unique property rarely to be found in the region.
